We understand that plans change. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation and exchange options for our customers.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer allowed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, size mismatch, or change of mind unless the product is defective.
