Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

• You must email us at blinkncart@gmail.com or contact us on +91 7013657760  within 7 days of receiving the product.

• An unboxing video (360° clear view) is required to support your return request.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Returns without a valid unboxing video or after 7 days may not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund.

• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
